Job Purpose:
The Client Manager has ownership of a portfolio of clients, where you will be making decisions, through monitoring the client’s performance whilst providing them a personal service.
Role Responsibilities:
As a Client Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients’ financial processes run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include the allocation of collections, ensuring that all received payments are accurately recorded and distributed. You will also handle schedule processing, making sure all necessary documents, such as invoices and timesheets, are properly accounted for. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing client payments, ensuring that all transactions are executed efficiently and accurately. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellent service will help maintain the high standards our clients expect.
